What is the return policy?
If the item is not exactly as you ordered, you’re welcome to request a return within 48 hours from the order date, please make sure the abaya is unworn and in its original packaging, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can i cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started.
How do I care for my abaya?
We recommend dry cleaning for best results. Some fabrics can be gently hand-washed — please check the care label inside the garment.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 7-14 working days, Kindly expect delays during active seasons.
If i request an extra sheila or any additional customization for the abaya, is there an extra charge?
Any extra item or customization beyond your original order will incur an additional fee of 50-100 QR.
