How do I care for my abaya?

We recommend dry cleaning for best results. Some fabrics can be gently hand-washed — please check the care label inside the garment.

If i request an extra sheila or any additional customization for the abaya, is there an extra charge?

Any extra item or customization beyond your original order will incur an additional fee of 50-100 QR.

Do you have a physical store?

We currently operate online only and don’t have a physical shop. All orders are delivered through an independent delivery company to ensure fast and reliable shipping.

Do you offer alterations for abayas?

Yes. We offer one free alteration for the abaya on the first request only. Any additional alterations after that will be subject to an extra charge of 150 QAR per request.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not available once the abaya has been received by the customer. If there is an issue with your order, we will review the case and offer an appropriate solution according to our store policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled 24 hours after payment, as alterations and order processing begin after this period.

What are the conditions for exchanges?

Exchanges may be considered within 3 days of receiving the order, provided that the abaya is unused, unaltered, unworn, and unwashed, and returned in its original condition.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically take up to 3 weeks to be prepared and delivered, depending on the abaya and required alterations.

Do you ship to GCC countries?

Yes, we ship across GCC countries through DHL. Delivery may take up to 3 weeks, depending on the order preparation time and shipping process.

How does delivery work within Qatar?

Delivery within Qatar is handled by a third-party courier company. Payment for delivery is made directly to the courier upon delivery, not to our store.

What happens if the delivery fee is not paid to the courier?

If the delivery fee is not paid to the courier, the order will not be delivered. MTERIAAL is not responsible for any issues related to payment made to the courier company, as delivery is managed by a third-party service.
